1. Do we have to pay a security deposit?

- Yes, a security deposit is required at check-in and will be refunded after settling all dues. There will be no deduction if management finds no damage/breakage to property.

2. Will anyone else stay in the property during our holiday?

- No, you will not be sharing the villa with anybody.

3. Do Indians have to apply for a visa before arrival?

- If your stay does not exceed 15 days, you can get a visa on arrival at any Thailand airport. Please read details about visa on arrival to Thailand VISA ON ARRIVAL

4. How will we get the key to the property on arrival?

- The manager will meet you at the villa, clear all check-in formalities, and hand the keys over to you.

5. Can extra beds be arranged?

- Yes, extra beds can be arranged at an additional cost.

6. Are there extra charges for the electricity/ internet?

- Electricity charges only apply in case usage exceeds the number of units mentioned in the offer. Free Wi-Fi is provided.

7. How do I find the property? Can airport transfer be arranged?

- After confirmation of booking or seven days before check-in, you will be provided with check-in details as well as the property's location. Airport transfer can be arranged at extra cost.

8. Can we order breakfast at the villa?

- Yes. Indian/Thai/European breakfast is available at extra cost.

9. I am a travel agent; can I reserve your property for my client?

- We are happy to cooperate with travel agents. Please get in touch.

10. Are bed linen and towels provided?

- Yes, fresh towels and bed linens are provided at no extra cost at check-in.

11. What should we do if we break something during our stay?

- Please contact management and let them know as soon as possible. Cost of repair will be paid according to the bill/estimate provided. It is always better to inform the manager as soon as possible so you will have the actual bill of repairs available.

12. What time are check-in and check-out?

- Check-in time is 3 pm. Check out time is 11 am.

13. Can I smoke inside the villa?

- Smoking inside the property is prohibited. A designated smoking area is available outdoors. Fine for violation of this rule is 5000 THB.
